Kip Wills spent a career in public safety prior to joining the ARI Health and Safety Team. As the Senior Health and Safety Manager for the ranches division, he is responsible for the safety of 500 employees on 15 ranches, 2 feedlots and a dairy across the United States and Canada. 

Originally raised farming and ranching in southern Idaho, Kip attended Brigham Young University, majoring in Health Physics. During college he spent his summers fighting wildland fires for the US Bureau of Land Management. After college Kip worked for the Boise Police Department and the Idaho State Police.

Kip spent 8 years with the United States Department of Transportation where he ran the Borders Division in Washington DC overseeing all cross-border trucking staff and regulations. He later served as the State Program Manager in the Mississippi Division with Federal Motor Carriers. He then worked as the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administrations regional director in the Midwest. 

After leaving the federal government Kip spent 3 years as the head of field safety programs for a large oil and gas producer in North Dakota, Montana and Texas. Kip came to work for ARI in 2021.

Kip has been married to his wife Emily for over 30 years and they are now empty nesters as of June 1. Together they enjoy snowmobiling, kayaking, spending time in the mountains and anything Walt Disney related.
